How it works

Request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the amount you paid.
To ask, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, visit paddle.net, or email us at hello@offlinecaptions.com with your order email.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Paddle usually processes them within a few business days; your bank may take longer to show it.
When a refund is issued, the license key stops working.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
